What data leaves your device

All AI processing happens on-device. SoloLLM does not send your conversations, files, or personal information to any server. However, two optional features require an internet connection. The app asks for your explicit consent before using either.

Model downloads (Hugging Face)

What is sent: A file download request to huggingface.co for the model you selected.

What is NOT sent: No personal data, no device identifiers, no conversation history.

When: Only when you explicitly tap "Download" on a model. The app asks for your consent before the first download.

Third party: Hugging Face, Inc. (privacy policy).

Web search and web fetch (DuckDuckGo)

What is sent: When the AI uses the Web Search tool, your search query is sent to DuckDuckGo. When the AI fetches a web page, a request is sent to that specific website.

What is NOT sent: No conversation history, no files, no personal identifiers.

When: Only when the AI decides to use a web tool during a conversation. The app asks for your consent before the first use.

Third party: DuckDuckGo, Inc. (privacy policy).
